One pair means two individual adhesive tabs, one for each side of the nose. Each pair is designed for a single use. These figures describe quantity and usage, not a shelf-life guarantee. Follow the storage instructions and any expiry information on your packaging.

When 90 pairs makes sense

Choose the smallest supply if you are ordering ByBasiks for the first time, want to check fit with your existing band, or prefer a smaller initial purchase. It covers 90 sessions without committing to the larger quantity. The reusable band is not included.

When 180 pairs makes sense

A 180-pair supply suits someone who already knows the refill format fits their band and uses it regularly. At one pair per night, it covers 180 nights. Compare the current delivered price with two 90-pair orders before choosing.

When 360 pairs makes sense

The 360-pair option is our Annual Supply: 360 nights at one pair per night, approximately twelve months. A calendar year has 365 or 366 days, so it is not an exact full-calendar-year quantity. Consider it when fit is already established, you use refills consistently and you can store the supply according to its packaging instructions.

Compare cost per pair, not just pack price

Delivered cost per pair = final amount payable ÷ number of pairs. Use the same currency and destination for every comparison, and include any shipping and taxes that apply. Current destination prices appear on the product page and at checkout.

A pack advertised as “180 tabs” may contain only 90 pairs. A pack advertised as “180 pairs” contains 360 individual tabs. Always check the unit before comparing prices. Our pairs versus tabs guide explains the difference.

Plan your next order before you run out

Check the current delivery estimate and allow for dispatch time and possible carrier delays. Count the pairs remaining, then divide by your normal usage. For example, 20 pairs left at five sessions per week means about four weeks of supply. Order with enough margin for the route to your destination.

Tan or Clear?

Supply quantity and finish are separate choices. Tan has a warm beige appearance; Clear is less visually noticeable. Both use the same Henkel® adhesive specification. See Tan versus Clear for a closer comparison.

Check your band before choosing a large supply

These are replacement adhesive tabs with steel discs for compatible reusable magnetic nasal strip bands. They are not a complete starter kit. Check your system's refill format and fit; if you are unsure, contact us before ordering. A magnetic connection alone does not establish the correct fit.
