Delivery, taxes and duties

Current supported routes use tracked delivery and are quoted DDP, so import handling and duties are built into our delivered-cost model rather than charged as a separate fee on delivery.

Current carrier estimates are typically 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays or address issues.

Applicable taxes are handled according to the destination and checkout setup. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot currently accept an order to that destination.
