We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. During high-demand periods, processing may take 3–5 business days. If this happens, we will keep you updated by email.
If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for purchase, your order will be reserved and shipped as soon as the new batch is ready.

Delivery time

Tracked delivery to the USA usually takes 7–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value required. 
Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout according to your location.

Tracking information

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
You can track your package using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at nasalstripsrefills@gmail.com. If the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update it.

Lost, delayed or failed deliveries

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, or if your package appears to be lost, contact us at nasalstripsrefills@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the situation and do our best to help.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, building reception or local delivery point. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will review the case.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada and Europe in the future.
