Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your refills. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

30-day return and satisfaction support

You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return, replacement or refund request.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our refills are adhesive skin-contact products, opened or used packs cannot always be returned or resold like standard packaged items. However, if there is a quality issue, adhesion problem, damaged item, missing item, wrong item or anything else wrong with your order, please contact us and we will review it fairly.

How to start a return or support request

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects and order issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or if you received the wrong item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund.

If you experience an adhesion issue that does not seem normal, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used adhesive skin-contact products, unless there is a confirmed quality issue
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items not purchased directly from NasalStripRefills by ByBasiks

Return shipping

If your return is accepted because of a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, cover the return or replacement process.

For accepted returns that are not related to a product issue, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us first. If an exchange is approved, we will explain the next steps by email.

Refunds

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at nasalstripsrefills@gmail.com.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it before dispatch.
