30-day voluntary return support

You can contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return, replacement or refund review.

For a standard voluntary return, the product should normally be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Skin-contact products

Our refills are adhesive skin-contact products. Opened or used packs may not qualify for a voluntary return where applicable law permits hygiene or health-protection restrictions. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights or remedies that apply in your country or region.

How to request help

Email nasalstripsrefills@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and, where useful, photographs of damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect items.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.

Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if something is wrong. If the issue is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund, price reduction or another remedy required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and the rights that apply in your destination. If the problem is caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming order, we will provide the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. Banks and payment providers can take additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has started or the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation before delivery may no longer be possible. Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
