Will these work with my reusable magnetic nasal strip band?
Yes. Our refill pairs are made for reusable magnetic nasal strip bands that use steel-disc adhesive refill tabs. The reusable band is not included.
Is the reusable magnetic band included?
No. NasalStripRefills sells replacement refill pairs only. You need a compatible reusable magnetic nasal strip band for them to work.
What supply sizes do you sell?
We offer 90, 180 and 360 pairs. One pair is designed for one use. For nightly users, that is roughly 3, 6 or 12 months of supply. The 360-pair option is our Annual Supply.
Why do you focus on larger refill supplies?
Because we work directly with our manufacturing partner, we can build the offer around larger 90, 180 and 360-pair supplies instead of small monthly retail packs. That also spreads fixed fulfillment and import costs across more nights and reduces how often regular users need to reorder.
What does factory-direct mean?
We work in close collaboration with a specialist manufacturing partner in China that also produces magnetic nasal strip products for established premium brands. NasalStripRefills acts as an international commercial extension for our refill supply outside China. ByBasiks does not own the factory, and products made there for different brands can use different specifications.
How are ByBasiks refills different from basic marketplace refills?
We are not trying to be the cheapest anonymous refill listing. We work directly with a specialist manufacturer that also produces magnetic nasal strip products for established premium brands, and our current ByBasiks specification uses Henkel® medical-grade adhesive. Our focus is consistent product quality, clear compatibility information and longer refill supplies at a sensible cost per night.
What adhesive do you use?
We use Henkel® medical-grade adhesive, selected to balance reliable hold, comfortable wear and gentle removal.
Will the refills leave residue?
After several hours of wear, a light, soft adhesive residue may remain after removal. It usually cleans off easily with warm water or a gentle cleanser.
Tan or Clear — which should I choose?
Tan has a warmer skin-tone appearance. Clear is designed to be less visible. Choose the look that best fits your routine.
Where do you ship?
Free tracked delivery is included to supported destinations. We do not ship to the United States. See our Shipping Destinations page for current availability.
Will I pay import charges on delivery?
Our current fulfillment routes are DDP, so import handling and duties are built into our delivered-cost model rather than charged to you on delivery. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is handled according to the destination and checkout setup.
What if they do not stick well?
Apply to clean, dry skin and avoid moisturizer, sunscreen, oils or heavy skincare before use. If you still experience an adhesion issue, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can I reuse a pair?
No. Each pair is designed for single use. After removal, the adhesive loses strength.
How should I store my refills?
Keep them sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Close the pouch after opening and avoid touching the adhesive area before use.
What is your return policy?
Because these are adhesive skin-contact products, return eligibility can depend on whether a pack has been opened or used. Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders are reviewed fairly. See our Refund Policy for the terms that apply to your destination.
Where can I buy ByBasiks refills?
Exclusively through nasalstriprefills.com. We do not currently sell through third-party marketplaces.
How many individual tabs are in a pair?
One pair contains two adhesive tabs, one for each side of the nose. Our 90, 180 and 360-pair supplies therefore contain 180, 360 and 720 individual tabs. Each pair is designed for one use. See how to compare refill counts and cost per use.
Which supply should I choose?
At one pair daily, 90 pairs covers 90 days, 180 pairs covers 180 days, and 360 pairs covers 360 days. If this is your first ByBasiks order, consider the smallest supply to check fit with your compatible band. Compare the supply options or see current destination prices.
